Company and Commitment: Everything in Precision Molding
Nolato Contour
On July 23rd, 2010 Nolato signed an agreement to acquire the assets of Contour Plastics, Inc. This transaction is effective immediately.
The new venture will operate as Nolato Contour and with the additional resources of Nolato, move into areas such as contract medical device manufacturing, silicone injection molding and a global supply chain. This new venture will allow Nolato Contour to compete effectively and continue the growth we have experienced over the last 20 years.
Contour Plastics will continue the same strong relationships with our current customers and vendors, and the new venture will allow us to offer new services. Nolato will gain a United States presence in manufacturing and will work with Contour Plastics to push development and better serve the current Nolato customers in the United States. Nolato Medical has a strong sales presence in the United States particularly in the Midwest.
