File Transfer

1. You may submit a file for Contour Plastics, Inc. to review to our FTP Site at ftp://ftp.contour-plastics.com/

     Note: if you are using Internet Explorer 7 and later please following the instructions below.

• Enter the User Name: salesFTP and the Password: cpsales.
• Transfer files using drag and drop method or right click copy and paste.
  (For security reasons, site is blind to the user - i.e. login user cannot see other files on site.)
• Please e-mail your engineering contact with notification that a file was posted. If you do not have an engineering contact, please e-mail Contour at: sales@contour-plastics.com with notification that a file was posted.

            Users with Internet Explorer 7 and later - You may need to click Page, and then click Open FTP site in Windows Explorer

      2.   FTP Site - To receive a file from Contour Plastic's FTP

a.  Please contact email sroth@contour-plastics.com or jschultz@contour-plastics.com for a user name and password.

      3.   E-Mail

                  a.   For file sizes less than 5MB please email sales@contour-plastics.com

                  b.  For files sizes that are larger than 5MB please email jschultz@contour-plastics.com

       4.  CD-ROM

               Note: Files should be compressed using PKZip for DOS or WinZip.

 CAD file formats:

1. PRO/Engineer - Wildfire 2.0 or most current version
2. SolidWorks 2007 - *NEW*
3. IGES translation (.igs)
4. STEP translation (.stp)
5. Call for updated File Transfer option.
